Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with DIY Hitting Bay Supply Co. Our goal is to deliver high-quality golf and hitting-bay products directly to your door. Because our products are shipped from trusted partner suppliers, shipping times and processes may vary by item.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–4 business days.
- Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have been submitted to the supplier for fulfillment.
Shipping Times
Most products ship directly from our partner warehouses located in the U.S. or overseas. Estimated delivery times:
United States

Some items may arrive sooner; larger or specialty items may take slightly longer.
High-Demand or Oversized Items

Multiple Items
Because products ship from different warehouses, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages at different times. This is normal.
Shipping Costs
We offer calculated shipping at checkout based on product size, weight, and destination.
Some items may qualify for free shipping, which will be shown during checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 2–5 days to appear depending on the carrier and origin.
If your tracking number shows "Label Created" or “Awaiting Carrier Pickup,” the package is still being processed by the shipping partner — this is normal for international fulfillment.
Delayed or Stalled Shipments
If your package appears delayed:

- Include your order number and tracking link
We will contact our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
A package is considered "lost" if no tracking updates occur for 12 consecutive business days. We will then send a replacement or issue a refund.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for:
- Packages lost due to incorrect address input
- Delivery issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate addresses
If the package is returned to the warehouse, reshipment fees may apply.
Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items:
- Email us within 72 hours of delivery at info@diyhittingbaysupplyco.com
- Include:
- Your order number
- Photos or videos of the issue
We will file a claim with our supplier and send a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship to customers within the United States.
